AMHERST, Mass. – The Connecticut College men's squash team wrapped up competing at the Pioneer Valley Round Robin on the campus of Amherst College by earning a 5-4 victory over Wesleyan on Sunday afternoon.
Junior Louis Feingold (Brookline, Mass.) won a marathon five-set match from the No. 9 spot to provide the decisive point for the Camels. He outlasted his opponent by scores of 14-12, 11-7, 11-13, 8-11 and 11-6. Classmate Scott Brown (Old Greenwich, Conn.), senior Daniel Reisman (Santa Barbara, Calif.), sophomore Samuel Piller (Charlottesville, Va.) and freshman James Andrew (Dover, Mass.) also posted victories from their respective positions to help the team conclude the weekend on a high note.
Connecticut College (5-7) will travel to Vassar next weekend and first compete against Bard on Saturday, Jan. 27 at 3:00 p.m.
