HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Connecticut College men's squash team dropped a pair of matches to Tufts and Haverford on Tuesday afternoon. The Camels fell to Tufts, 7-2, and host Haverford by a 5-4 decision.
Senior John Dunham (New Haven, Conn.) and freshman James Andrew (Dover, Mass.) recorded victories for Connecticut College against Tufts. Dunham won the No. 3 position by set scores of 11-4, 11-7 and 11-2, while Andrew defeated his opponent at the No. 7 spot in four sets.
Later in the day, Alex Snape (Washington, D.C.) most notably recorded a straight-set victory against his Haverford opponent by scores of 11-8, 11-8 and 11-9 at the No. 1 position.
Connecticut College (3-6) treks to Amherst College over the weekend and will first face Stanford on Saturday, Jan. 20 at 10:00 a.m.
