NEW LONDON, Conn.--Three members of the Connecticut College volleyball team have been honored on the AVCA (American Volleyball Coaches Association) All-New England Team. Seniors Rachel Schroff (Palos Verdes, Calif.) and Katie Ketcham (San Francisco, Calif.) were named first team All-Region while Connecticut College Head Coach Josh Edmed was recognized as the New England Region’s Coach of the Year.

Four Camels Honored on All-NESCAC Squad-Schroff Named Player of the Year

NEW LONDON, Conn.--As they reach the pinnacle of their greatest season ever, four members of the Connecticut College volleyball program have been honored on the All-New England Small College Athletic Conference Volleyball Team. Senior right side hitter Rachel Schroff (Palos Verdes, Calif.) has been selected as the 2012 NESCAC Player of the Year by the league’s coaches. Classmate Katie Ketcham (San Francisco, Calif.) was honored as a first team setter. Caroline Martin (Palo Alto, Calif.) was recognized as the NESCAC Rookie of the Year and Head Coach Josh Edmed has been named the Coach of the Year.
