Ballo, Holly & Allen Post Victories Against Tufts at NESCAC Championship

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass.--The Connecticut College women's squash team visited Williams College to compete in the 2015 New England Small College Athletic Conference Women's Squash Championship.

The 11th seeded Camels (6-16) dropped a 9-0 decision to sixth seeded Hamilton College.  Connecticut College was blanked by Wesleyan, 9-0.  But the Camels did pull out three clutch victories in a 6-3 setback to Tufts.

Freshman Mawa Ballo (Harlem, N.Y.) pulled out a five set thriller against the Jumbos in the number three slot on the ladder, registering an 11-7, 7-11, 11-8, 10-12, 11-8 triumphs.

In the seventh slot on the ladder, sophomore Anne Holly (York, Pa.) cruised to an 11-6, 11-8, 12-10 straight set victory for Connecticut College.

Tori Allen (Jamestown, R.I.) delivered in prime time with a 3-2 victory at #9, posting an 11-9, 4-11, 11-7, 8-11, 11-9 triumph for Head Coach Ted Child's squad.
